Welcome!

If you've been doing your best to change how you think, feel, or respond, but still find yourself struggling, the real issue may lie deeper—in unconscious patterns and emotional learnings that can be difficult to access and change on your own.

i help people resolve:

• Stress and overwhelm
• Guilt and shame
• Anger and resentment
• Low self-esteem and self-doubt
• Trauma
• Internal Conflict
• Conflict with others

who i work with

I work with people facing a wide range of challenges, and I also have particular experience supporting unpaid carers who are navigating the emotional demands of caring for a loved one. Whether you are caring for someone else or struggling with your own emotional burdens, the goal is the same: helping you find relief, clarity, and a greater sense of freedom.
Many people are surprised by how quickly change can occur when the underlying patterns driving distress are fully resolved.

what i offer

I provide a welcoming and supportive environment where we work together to resolve the underlying causes of emotional distress rather than simply managing symptoms. Using approaches such as Rapid Resolution Therapy, Coherence Therapy, EFT, and Solution Focussed Therapy, we work with the mind’s natural ability to heal and update outdated emotional responses.

resolving trauma

The processes I use work by triggering memory reconsolidation—a natural brain function that updates old memories and changes the emotional responses tied to them. Rather than repeatedly revisiting painful experiences, we help the brain release the emotional charge connected to those memories. As a result, situations that once triggered distress often lose their emotional intensity. People frequently report feeling relief, clarity, greater emotional freedom, and a renewed sense of control.Memories can be explicit—easily recalled—or implicit, operating below conscious awareness. Both types of memories can carry meanings that shape how we feel, think, and behave. When those meanings become outdated or inaccurate, they can continue influencing us long after the original event has passed. The approaches I use are designed to reach these deeper levels of learning. They require very little effort on your part. Once every part of the mind recognises that no action is needed to remain safe, those memories can be stored as ordinary information rather than continuing to generate emotional distress.

Rapid resolution therapy

Some of the approaches I use are informed by Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), developed by psychologist Dr Jon Connelly. RRT is a trauma-resolution method that works by shifting how the mind organizes and responds to distressing experiences, without the need to re-live or repeatedly discuss the details of those experiences. It helps clear the underlying emotional meanings connected to experiences of resentment, guilt, shame, anger, and other distressing feelings, so they no longer continue to trigger the same emotional responses. This allows the nervous system and mind to update naturally, creating space for greater clarity, relief, and emotional freedom.
